Only place I ever enjoyed sushi was in Tokyo. No idea whether it was prepared differently or whether the guy who ordered it for me just steered me away from the more 'acquired taste' stuff.

We had 10 courses at a restaurant called Ninja Aksaka (probably spelled incorrectly) and the only one I didn't like was the squid ink soup.

My favorites sushi rolls are fatty tuna (expensive) and pickled eel.

It looks gross, but has great flavor!
