Don, imagine the free worlds chagrin, to look back in history at the 2nd world war, and realize that FDR told Churchill he had to dismantle the British Empire, yet on the other hand, GAVE the Russians many nation states from which they created the USSR. From history we learn, that FDR basically gave away most of Eastern Europe at the meeting in Tehran, Iran.
