Vegans, Will You Be Happy If There's No More Red Meat?

You are such a goofball and rabble-rouser wannabe.
When Jesus returns you will repent DEEPLY of your unrepented sins.

I follow Jesus and all the apostles and John the Baptist in this matter.

I hope you will open your eyes and repent too
How can you follow dead people but by dying herself?

But clearly you don't know me as much as I thought you did if you think I would EVER vote for Kamala Harris... or ANY rabid leftist / globalist for that matter. Maybe you've missed all my posts where I've been exposing how corrupt she was when she was attorney general in Cali (where I live) by posting that video of Tulsi destroying her in a debate.

Umm actually no, I didn't ever really think that you would vote for Kamala Harris. I was just trying to make a point that being a vegan or a vegetarian is fine if that's what you want to do with your life and it's your choice about what you want to eat, BUT even though I know that you mean well when you try to start forcing your opinion on other people that's no different than saying that you have to take the vaccine.

At least to me it isn't anyways. Now you have really eased up on that part, I was just trying to get you and Carl to understand how you sound when you guys start doing that.

Lol that doesn't look right at all. 😂

I am just thankful that wasn’t someone’s arm.

Umm... Yeah...
I enjoy a juicy steak on occassion but also love fish and poultry.

Me too!! 😍

LOL buttercup please forgive me as I'm laughing at the picture not at you.

1. I have no unrepented sins as of right now because eating meat isn't a sin.

2. Me too as they all are meat/fish.

Already a thread on this.

I had mine posted first.

No she doesn't. She wants to stir the pot. That is all

Actually no I didn't. If you read my first response on the top of post you'll understand that.

There is so much wrong with the ^ above paragraph that I don't even know where to begin.

You seem to be confused about the meaning of the word "force."

- Posting information is not "forcing" anyone to do anything. Unless someone is in your house with a gun to your head, prying your eyes open to read something.... no one is forcing you to read anything on this site.

- Correcting misinformation or debating is not "forcing" anyone. If it was, then there's a hell of a lot of forcing going on on here at USMB, every minute of every day.

- Even starting threads on veganism (which I very rarely do, ironically it's almost always non-vegans who start the threads) is not "forcing" anyone. People have the freedom to click on a thread or not click on a thread.

- Having a YouTube channel is not "forcing" anyone to do anything. People are free to subscribe or not subscribe. To watch videos or not watch them.

You seem to have a problem with simply reading or hearing anything about veganism. Well, there's an easy solution to that problem. Just don't click on threads on that topic. And don't start threads on the topic (which I'm pretty sure you have done, which seems inconsistent if you are so opposed to hearing anyone talk about the topic.)

Btw, I think it's incredibly hypocritical when people say "vegans are forcing their view on others" when that is EXACTLY what non-vegans do every single day, to the animals, who have zero say in the matter. Think about it.

I haven't eased up on anything. I mean, we haven't had that many vegan threads recently, maybe because in the past there were lots of threads on the topic, and it has already been argued six ways to Sunday. But if someone were to start a new thread on it, I would most likely be posting on it just like I always have, since Day One.

Lastly... I get WHY you feel the way you do. Nobody likes to hear about the horrible things the animals they eat go through, because it puts people in the position of having to think about their own complicity in it.

And frankly? Most people love their bacon, steak, hamburgers, cheese, etc, more than they do the animals who are FORCED into a living hell by those who pay for it. Which is you. Forcing your desires on them.

I honestly didn't mean to upset you but no it just doesn't bother me to eat a burger or bacon like it bothers you as I don't even really stop to think about what I'm eating but yeah I didn't mean to upset you and I apologize for that.

Serial killers aren't bothered by their "craft"

Most women who get abortions aren't bothered by abortion

You don't judge right and wrong by what "bothers" you.

God is the Judge of right and wrong. Anyone who seriously calls themselves Christian will acquiesce to His will and not their own SELFISH desire.

And real Christians don't seek compliance through FORCE, but REPENTANCE. You have a lot to learn

Okay before you put me in timeout again please remember that I may eat meat but at least I'm no democrat.

I never answered the question in your thread title. Yes. I pray for that day. I pray for the day that Satan is dethroned and is no longer able to infect minds.

Peter, it is written, lived off bread and olives and occasionally some vegetables. Matthew ate nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables. All the apostles of Jesus ate this diet.

You can KNOW things if you choose to.

I hate to say this, but it seems to me that many Christians aren't going to like the New Earth, which is a restoration of Eden. Why, because there will be no more slaughterhouses, no more hunting, no more eating dead bodies.... but peace and harmony among humans and animals, as it was in the very beginning.

I hope they start to have an eternal perspective, because I really think we're close to the end of this age.

They have a witness. When we lose it all and are forced to really look to God, we'll have the right perspective
