The 2nd Amendment has the words "well regulated", they are following the constitution by working to make sure guns are well-regulated.

You should be working with them, not against.

Which is why the phrase 'well regulated' was inserted.

Here's what the damn thing states...

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

In the same sentence "Militia" is referenced ended by "the right of the people", which is equating the two.

It's literally stating that because a militia is necessary to keep the country safe, or the state, pick your choice, that the government must not hinder the people from owning arms. However, it starts w/"well regulated", that's why these same "people" aren't allowed to carry/own/possess rocket launchers or tanks, and such. That means it's not a free for all, as you radicals like to imagine.

Nope...they don't.....criminals don't undergo background checks, mass shooters like this guy pass the background checks......and he wasn't a criminal and didn't have any orders of protection against him...
