Roe was a very flawed decision. It didn't go nearly far enough. In the Crown versus Morgentaler, [1988] 1 SCR 30, the Supreme Court of Canada held that the abortion provision in the Criminal Code was unconstitutional because it violated women's rights under section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. So the federal laws governing abortion were struck down as unconstitutional, and no government has tried to enact new laws, limiting or restriction our rights, since that time.
That's what women want, and deserve to have under American law, but then American women aren't "equal" under your Constitution or Bill of Rights, so I'm sure the white men in control of government will ensure women's natural God given right of Free Will, will be abridged.
