USSC RvW Decision Results In Action - Kansas Set For Nation's 1st State-Wide Abortion Vote

But they do. Roe said so.
They also have a say now.
No right is unlimited, no right is absolute.

Dobbs, working as intended.

Roe was a very flawed decision. It didn't go nearly far enough. In the Crown versus Morgentaler, [1988] 1 SCR 30, the Supreme Court of Canada held that the abortion provision in the Criminal Code was unconstitutional because it violated women's rights under section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. So the federal laws governing abortion were struck down as unconstitutional, and no government has tried to enact new laws, limiting or restriction our rights, since that time.

That's what women want, and deserve to have under American law, but then American women aren't "equal" under your Constitution or Bill of Rights, so I'm sure the white men in control of government will ensure women's natural God given right of Free Will, will be abridged.

So how are you enjoying those peanuts?????

You mean rape?

So, if we take away the abortions done as a result of rape and the life of the mother, that still leaves the other 99.9999997% of abortions.

In all fairness, with Joe Biden running the biggest human trafficking ring since the Roman empire, rape is increasing exponentially. The 10 year old that Quid Pro drooled about getting a holy and sacred abortion was raped by Biden's cartels as part of the human trafficking pipeline..
Hey, alec jones you're needed in court.

NOVEMBER IS COMING!
Indeed.

Not at all like your vaccine status. Getting a vaccine doesn't require a lifetime commitment to care for, feed, clothe and raise another human being. There are no obligations visited upon you at all when you're required to take a vaccine, to protect public health.

A pregnancy has no health implications to the rest of the community at large whatsoever. When you become infected with a communicable disease, you endanger EVERYONE you come into contact with, especially those with unknown or unseen health risks, like diabetes, heart conditions, asthma, or COPD.

So no, pregnancy and vaccine mandates are not at all alike.
Both ARE forced interference with our bodies, our choice. I'd say there is a lot in common and neither should be mandated any direction: women should get to freely choose.

See, this is how it so often works: if it's about women, control them! Force them! Dominate them! But if it's about men, also, FREEDOM, FREEDOM IS CRUCIAL.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm----------- quite a double standard going on here.

The decision is now in the hands of the American PEOPLE, not federal politicians or parties!

The people of Kansas have spoken, they demand the right to choose for themselves. This is a red state so that means every state in the United States needs to have the people vote on abortion and make it unanimous the whole country has to be free of this Insanity against abortion.

The husband has no legal say in the matter.

If the wife puts a hit out on him?

Why is the Republican solution to any problem to kill those who stand in your way????

Republicans aren't the ones saying to kill the unborn when they are inconvenient - that's you Nazis.

It's a real "one note" response you have to any situation. KILL SOMEONE!!!!

You mean like kill the unwanted?

I don't see anyone calling to kill others - besides you Ghouls.

Your last paragraph is so idiotic it's laughable. Clinic's aren't "public" at all. They are open to the public, but patients consult with REAL doctors, in private, and what they discuss or agree on is between the woman and her doctor.

ROFL

So you have to be part of their family? Inducted into the Church of Moloch as a ghoul?

Yes, abortion clinics are public.

Most of the time, those having an abortion never meet the abortionist in advance, dealing with Planned Parenthood "counselors"

You ghouls melted down a couple of years ago when some states required abortionists to have admitting privileges at local hospitals, because abortionists are the dregs of the medical profession and usually don't have such privileges.

The whole point of "legal abortions" is to have a REAL doctor perform them in safe conditions, you stupid idiot.
The whole point of the Abortion Industrial Complex is to siphon as much taxpayer money as possible.

In states such as California, less than half of abortions are committed by a medical doctor, a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant is more likely to do the abortion. Abortion takes very little medical skill. Some states require abortions to be committed by a doctor, and in those cases the bottom of the barrel end up doing them, those without the talent to be healers.

No it is not. It is affront to women that their right to choose is up for a vote. If a man could get pregnant, Roe vs Wade would still be the law of the land. Women are seen by Republicans as second class citizens.

You retard, anti-science Nazis have been screaming for years that men get pregnant.

{On July 12, during a Senate hearing on the impact of the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) was declared transphobic by law professor Khiara Bridges from the University of California, Berkley for his line of questioning that challenged whether men can become pregnant. It was specifically in reply to Hawley's questioning of Bridges' use of the word "people with the capacity for pregnancy" instead of women, implying that both men and women can become pregnant. She stated that his "line of questioning is transphobic, and it opens up trans people to violence." }

There are side effects that could last a lifetime off of it. But most just die.

How did the right of privacy play in Kansas yesterday?

BTW only ghouls would use the state to spy on uteruses.

There's never been a forced birth.

BUT a lot of you Nazis engage in forced abortions.

ChiCom ladys country is doing forced abortions.

Before 1973 there was a lot of state forced birth and now in red backwards ass states we have it again.

Dobbs, working as intended.

If the "intention" is to completely disrupt the provision of women's reproductive health care, and to endanger the lives of poor pregnant women across the country, you're right.

If the intention is to so alieniate more than half of the eligible voters in the USA, that they will vote against Republicans in the upcoming midterms election, it most definitely is "working as intended".
How did it not age well?

The results of the USSC was that the PEOPLE got to choose, not that the pro-choice crowd got their way. The people did vote.

NO ONE got to choose in the 20 states that banned abortion, via trigger laws. The people did NOT vote on the issue. The people elected a Republican State House and Governor and the moment Republicans got control of a state they banned abortion via "trigger laws".

Nobody really paid attention to the laws banning abortion if Roe was overturned because no one thought that would ever happen. This was just Republican states performing for their voters. As a result, abortion has never been on the ballot, until now.

NOW abortion is front and centre on the ballot of every state which has banned abortion with no exceptions for rape, incest or the mother's health. Women's reproductive health care in on EVERY ballot in the nation, and you've just watched a SOLID RED state vote overwhelmingly for women's rights.

Suburban women voted like never before and they all voted in favour of abortion rights. Republicans have wildly miscalculated in thinking this issue wouldn't cost them the midterm elections. The ONLY way for women to ensure their rights is to ensure a solid Democratic majority in the House and a Super Majority in the Senate.

If that happens, there will be reform on the rogue Supreme Court to negate the impact of the Federalist Society and their Dark Money donor, and to ensure a balanced court. And Republicans will have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, yet again.
