USDA Inspector General Physically Removed by Security After Refusing to Comply with Her Firing

Why don't you make your point?
All I'm seeing on this thread is a bunch of hate-filled trumpfluffers, suddenly willing to burn the Constitution and ignore the rule of law.
But worse, acting all macho, by hating on public servants -- wannabe brownshirts.
You'll deserve what you get. Probably already do and that's why you're so miserable.

The only thing the Constitution talks about regarding the Executive is the President, and those he appoints to his staff with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Even the VP has no real powers in the Executive except taking over if the President dies, is incapacitated, or is removed from office via impeachment.

its only been a little over 1 week since Trump took office ! you still have 207 looooong weeks to suffer through ..
It's your Constitution Chump will be fucking prison style when your lube runs out. Doesn't worry me, I think the Constitution is one of the worst founding documents I can think of.

I am here to enjoy the MAGAt hypocrisy as they wrap themselves around defence of the Constitution while fluffing Chump as he fucks it.

Where does the Constitution say the President can't fire IG's?

Stop stonewalling and answer the fucking question

Care to explain the reason the Socialist Demon Rats and Mitch McConnell RINOs rejected Senator Paul's bill to assign an IG to Ukraine's expenditures ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Aah. What a surprise you missed this bit in your MAGAt style analysis.

Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution spells out several presidential duties, including the duty to faithfully execute the laws.

It says he has to faithfully execute the law. Chump has not done so in firing the IGs and all the MAGAts applaud.

Waaaay too difficult to read for these brownshirts. The buffoon tells them everything they need to know and he has the absolute right to change his big brain tomorrow.

Have you ever considered rubbing both brain cells together and finding a fact?

Laws that presume to tell the Executive how to do his job are unconstitutional.
Laws are deemed Constitutional until ruled not. Chump is enjoined to faithfully execute them.

That doesn't mean giving them a cigarette and leaning them against a wall, MAGAt wet dreams notwithstanding.

Civil servants are protected, not just through laws, regulations, or collective bargaining agreements but by the 5th and 14th Amendments of the Constitution.
Not following the law will cost more and it demonstrates a lack of respect for the law as well as civil servants. Best to be careful with insults when you're wrong, pinhead.
IGs have no collective bargaining and no rights regarding employment. The 5th Amendment applies to nothing in this case and she was given due process for an at-will employment.
