Corporations hire people and they move to other countries if taxed too heavily, just sayin'.
When you tax a corporation they raise prices causing inflation.
A better idea is a "transaction tax" on all financial transactions.
That would only hit computer traders and day traders, the other "buy and hold" investors would not notice it. Something like a 1% tax on the value of the buy/sell/stock/bond/derivative/option/etc.

The USAID has absolutely nothing to do with your inability to pay your mortgage.
This is a lie. If Trump was acting on the will of the people, he would be working on providing a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants.
Because that is exactly what a super-majority of Americans want.
Now. Putting your red herrings aside, the USAID is feeding starving people all over the world. This signals the compassion of the United States to these people and creates feelings of goodwill toward America.
The same thing when foreign students come here to attend our superior universities. When they graduate and go home, they return as de factor goodwill ambassadors for the US.
This, and many other programs, creates what is called soft power.
If we give up that power around the world, as Trump is attempting to do, guess who is going to fill the vacuum.
