So…not sure what exactly you are going on about. We are largely in agreement on those three wars. I certainly strongly opposed invading Iraq. No one is saying we need to send soldiers to Syria. After 911, what should we have done? Nation building was arrogant, a terrible idea. But doing nothing at all is as well.

But you also can’t ignore the fact that what is happening will strengthen groups like ISIS. How will that draw us into a deeper war? I’m not seeing it.
