First of all, the U.S. isn't a state party of the ICC. The U.S. have no legal obligations to the Statute of the Court. Neither does Israel, but they issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu. So, the question is why this court is doing investigations and potentially making rulings on people in countries that's not in their jurisdiction?

An in absentia prosecution for anything is merely for political influence (not to mention fake charges). In other words, there is no real threat to Trump of any jeopardy in any ICC prosecution. Dummy!
