US Supreme Court quashes Catholic hospital’s appeal after denying trans man vital surgery

The story sounds really suspect. Not enough info except from a very biased, high suspect web site. Too bad they aren't interested in real honest journalism.

In another, not so biased article, the hospital refuses to perform sterilizations and abortions because of it's religious beliefs. So, that changes the story quite a bit. Also, it is not a vital surgery, it is an elective surgery.

Lots of BS from the OP.

A victory for common sense and the people.
Another great example of why these weird cults should not be running hospitals.
How can a man get a hysterectomy?

That would be a violation of the hospital's and/or surgeon's standard of care.

An opportunity for Americans to learn that there are more than just two definite sexes.

And also a modern day slide deeper into fascist principles of denying medical needs based on politics of hating.
Really? How many more sexes? How does one determine sex?

It's time for people with gender dysphoria and their enablers to stop pretending it is not a serious mental health disorder.

A sex primer for Americans who choose to be hateful bigots.

The catch is, you have to want to know.
