Trump chose a district where the broadcast was made, that is his prerogative. He could have chosen any district that CBS broadcasts in. Fortunately he has rights as well as you do.

We have a ton of Illegals where I live. Some of them do work for us. They know not to hang with Gang-bangers and such. And nobody bothers them. Or anybody else that isn't a scumbag.

The US Government said they had a confidential informant that said he was MS-13, but being confidential, will not say who and never appeared in any court as a witness, even at the time the Court issued protection from being deported to El Salvadore. Does the government ever lie? Are confidential informants ever given deals to get evidence? Should one have a right to face his accuser?

The executive branch. The National Emergencies Act allows the president to declare emergencies with nothing more than a signature on an executive order, and presidents can renew those emergencies every year ad infinitum. Congress can vote to end an emergency, but it effectively needs a veto-proof majority to do so.

You Democrats don't have a veto-proof majority, so you get to take it up the ass without the benefit of any lubrication.

Nope, the immigration judge adjudicated him a member of MS-13 and the appeal board agreed.

His attorneys only argued in District Court that he shouldn't be removed to El Salvador per the Order of Removal, but that Order allows removal to any other country.

That is how immigration law works. Say the statutes, says the Supreme Court.
