US Law vs. Polish Law

In the US, an officer doing what this Polish officer did would likely be charged with felony hate crime. In Poland, I suspect the officer was thanked with cheers and beers.

Excellent, the cop didn't strike him for his wardrobe disaster, he struck him for knocking things out of his hand. The idiot learned a valuable lesson. If you strike out at somebody, don't be surprised if they strike back, especially outside the US.
