The street people can smell an undercover cop coming from a block away. It's not just the after shave lotion, it's the too clean bum clothes. They arrest one panhandler, and suddenly the rest have disappeared.

At least they're too busy to arrest the hardcore criminals. I feel so much safer without those beggars around.
