It's an interesting topic to explore further! We can pretty safely say that the Brics powers won't arm the Houthis with missiles that won't miss an aircraft carrier. The Houthis would be stepping out of bounds on the so far agreed upon limitations of all ME wars now. And too, the Houthis would need assistance on actually deploying the serious stuff.

The short answer is: America would/will go to allout war if one of their aircraft carriers goes down and 5000 US sailors go swimming.
