The problem is you have a ballot count, of no chain of command, but they were already comingled with other absentee ballots, including those by mail. Which means you don't have a chain of custody for 400,000 of the 600,000 absentee ballots, but no way of nullifying specific ballots.

As for the 4.2 million not in the labor force due to the pandemic (and not in the labor force does not mean “dropped out of the labor force”) in January that number was 4.7 million.
