The deployment of my daughter's cavalry regiment to Iraq to fight ISIS took place over a period of about a month, and all of their equipment was sent by civilian cargo ships about a month before the troops got there and offloaded in Kuwait. They then drove overland across the entire country of Iraq to the Syrian border. That was a regiment! Do you think a regiment can conquer the entire country of Iran? Israel can probably mount a ground invasion in April or May after Iran's current regime has already been defeated. So, at that point, why?
