When my son's unit was in Afghanistan, they took over the dregs of the last Stryker brigade there and didn't even take their vehicles with them. Why? Do you have any idea how many C-17s it takes for an infantry regiment with armored vehicles?

They won't be fighting the IRGC because they will be destroyed or surrender in the next few days. There is absolutely no need for your far-fetched plan. There is no need for boots on the ground, just like there was not in Yugoslavia to affect a regime change. Israel does not invade to conquer.

I don't seem many, if any, people defending them.

They're attacking Trump for doing something he probably hasn't thought about much.

There's a reason why other countries didn't go after Iran, and we might now see why.

Iran has been supplying drones to Russia, so Iran's drone capabilities are going to be quite strong, unless the US can destroy these.
