Update on the McMichaels Trial. Motions, counter motions, and disappointment.

he was standing beside his truck in the street,,

we talked about phrasing,, I wont let you change the narrative and context doing it,,
It doesn't matter what you want. The jury is going to be shown what the video reveals... which is Travis standing behind the driver's side door, next to the steering column... then Arbery running to the left to run around him... then Travis moving to the middle of the next lane to block Arbery... then Arbery changing direction to his right to run around the passenger side... then Arbery darting to his left to fight for his life as Travis had then moved back to the lane where the truck was and with his shotgun pointed at Arbery.

Travis is fucked. And not in a good way.

I never said he didnt,,
Blockhead, not even you knows what you're talking about. You tried to justify all the others who entered that property by making him appear guilty of something by running off when confronted.

He had every right to be there that any of those others had. Rendering it utterly irrelevant that he ran off while no one else was even confronted.

maybe,, but who really knows for sure,,

That's the first I've heard of that.

Apparently Greg told the cops he shouted that during the interview.

You know. If nothing else perhaps people will learn to shut their fucking mouths when talking to cops and let the lawyers tell the story so there are no charges.

Greg’s statement. Probably recorded, is going to help talk his and the rest into Prison.

If they have that on a recording, all three are fucked. And not in a good way. Case will be over if that gets played in court.

Travis McMichael is going to spend the rest of his life in prison. Gregory McMichael will probably get 5-10 years.

That Roddy schmuck turn state's evidence and walk...

Yeah, Travis may get life, but it will be a short prison sentence if he does.

it will only matter if it is recorded

What is the minimum sentence for Felony Murder?

MY exposure to this case started with the second police officer on the scene being examined on the witness stand,. Everything is BACKWARDS - I am trying to piece everything back to the beginning. Whatta mess.

The court will not be able to establish why he was running from them.

For the third time... nobody knows why he was running from them.

Savvy?
Technically, he was running toward them---the reason was to steal the gun and shoot them so they couldn't tell the police on him.

Irrelevant. They were still on the property and Arbery still had the right to run off when someone e tried to confront him.
Not in Georgia---citizen arrest and all. Especially since he was a convicted criminal snagged breaking the law on probation.

False, he was being pushed towards them with Bryan, who had already made contact with him once, following him from behind.
