Yes, and it shows Bryan following behind Arbery who was running away from Bryan and into the waiting clutches of the McMichaels. The two trucks had him trapped like a rat.

You're lying again, ho. He was not recorded stealing or damaging anything on that property. He was not recorded committing any felonies on that property. Larry English, owner of that property and cameras even said that. And he had the videos.

Actually. No. The McMichaels had no authority to make the complaint. The most the cop would have done is waggled his finger at Arbery and tell him to stay away. Why?

Georgia law requires that either the owner or the authorized representative are the only ones who can object to the presence of another. Legally.

So if Arbery had stopped and thrown his hands up and surrendered. The people going to jail would still be the McMichaels and Roddy for False Imprisonment and Aggravated Assault. They would be facing up to ten years in prison.

False. George is a stand your ground state. No one has a duty to retreat if their life is threatened.

For what? Unless there's an intent to steal or damage the property, it's not criminal trespassing in Georgia. And unless Arbery was told by an authority of that property to not enter, or told him to leave but he refused, it's not even trespassing in Georgia.

So since none of that happened, for what would the police have arrested Arbery?

You have that backwards. Arbery was attempting to leave their neighborhood when they started chasing him. He couldn't because they blocked him from getting away.

Now you're suggesting he should have run onto someone's private residence which is what caused him to be chased to begin with. Why? So more residents of Satilla Shores could join in the fray?
