A High School Fight Ended With 1 Boy Stabbed to Death and the Other Charged With Murder. That Trial is Now Underway

The murder trial of a high school student who admitted to stabbing his classmate to death kicked off in Texas this week.

Caysen Allison, now 21, confessed to killing Jose Luis Ramirez Jr., 18, during a fight in the boy's bathroom at Belton High School back on May 3, 2022, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.

Allison's lawyer, Zachary Boyd, said in his opening statement that the then-18-year-old acted in self defense after finding himself forced to fight Ramirez and a group of his friends.

Allison, who has been on house arrest ever since posting $175,000 bail back in July 2022, is facing anywhere between 5 and 99 years in prison if convicted.

The murder trial began with opening statements on Monday, and on Tuesday jurors were shown video of the stabbing that one of Ramirez's friends recorded inside the bathroom.

That video allegedly shows Ramirez throwing a punch at Allison and Allison responding by swinging at Ramirez with a knife in his hand, according to court documents. It then allegedly ends with Ramirez cornered before the teenagers all run out of the bathroom.

Ramirez manages to leave the bathroom but is seen on school surveillance video collapsing in the hallways a short time later while blood pours out of his body, according to the affidavit.

The school nurse then started to perform life-saving measures on Ramirez, who was then transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The affidavit notes that Ramirez had been stabbed in the chest, back, legs and arm.

Allison left school and returned home after the fight and was arrested a short time later, according to the affidavit.

A knife covered in blood was allegedly found at Allison's house, per the affidavit.

Court records show that an additional charge was filed against Allison a few days later on May 9 after he allegedly assaulted a family member.

Allison has entered a plea of not guilty and the trial is expected to last through next week.

Now let's see how the local white crew speaks on this case.

This white kid was granted a 250K bond, let's see how many have a problem with the Judge's decision.

This white kid had a knife on the school grounds, let's see how many think they should throw the book at him.

Let's see how many claims this was self-defense.
They should throw the book at him. And you are still a racist retard.

If Karmelo wins, it’s going to set a precedent that actually, a lot of people have been calling for for some time: the freedom to always be “packing” for self-defense.

The problem is for the race hustlers because this precedent will come back to bite them in the ass.

Well, let's hear what you have to say first. Seems a bit similar to the karmelo case, this kid was allegedly under assault from a group of kids and he defended himself with a knife. You seemed to think this was justified in the karmelo case, what are your thoughts on this one?
Karmelo was never under attack by a group of anyone. In this case Ramirez and his homies were going to rat pack this one white boy who defended himself.

So if the white kid wins, what precedent does it set?

If the stabbing victim wins, then that means none of us are allowed to use weapons in a fight; even for self defense. Back to race, what if it were a white kid stabbing a black kid and claiming self defense? There would be calls for hate crime charges on top of murder charges.

I hope Karmelo wins, then it will be knives for all and possession of knife crimes will go out the window. Everyone will have means for enhanced self-defense; fewer fights, fewer assaults. It will be consistent with my position on guns. If anyone thinks odds are a person is packing a gun or knife, odds of assault or robbery will go down.

Do you hope Casyen wins?

I have noticed you are quick to criticize someone black, but you are quiet as hell when it comes to white racist on this forum.
I have called out and put white racist on ignore,,

its bad form to deflect your open racism on other people,,

No you haven't had the same opinion, as a matter of fact you've had no opinion.
I've had the same opinion my entire life. Skin color is not relevant in determining guilt or innocence in a violent crime. As I've REPEATEDLY STATED, If you make the White kid the stabber and the Black kid the victim, the White kid is 100 percent guilty of murder.

What racism have I displayed? Did a white kid not murder a Hispanic kid at school? Was the white kids bail not lowered? Please tell me the racism I am displaying.
