It defines "manufacturer" as "the person who manufactures, or contracts with another person to manufacture on the person's behalf, connected devices that are sold or offered for sale in California."

That sounds like a good idea. Can we start by affixing these chips to Washington politicians to see how much time they actually spend on the Hill, at home and traveling abroad to their various interests in places like Ukraine?
