Really? The Fukushima reactor in Japan that I'm talking about was bombed by B2 bombers, not damaged by a tsunami? (Ok, I'd like some of what you're smoking, please.

) It is well documented that the Fukushima disaster could have been attenuated by the reactor being either deeper or even higher than it was. And for the record it was around 35m deep, so that's obviously not enough. So obviously burying reactors 70m deep is not a stupid move by any common sense safety measures whatsoever, whether the danger is from a tsunami or a foreign power bombing you.
