UNESCO is a type of specialty organization that is involved with educational, scientific, and cultural reforms in order to increase universal respect for justice, the rule of law, and human rights.
What I found interesting is that UNESCO (in the interest of its mandate to increase justice and the rule of law, did not offer any source to the allegation, or any evidence (testimonial, witness, forensic, or archeological to support the allegation; none what so ever.
Recalling that: "Acting under a legal requirement to cut U.S. funds to any U.N. agency that recognizes a Palestinian state, the State Department on Monday announced that the United States has stopped funding the U.N. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization because of the vote. Department spokesman Victoria Nuland told reporters that the Obama administration would not make a planned $60 million payment to the agency due this month." The UNESCO allegation is a backhanded way of digging into the US Foreign Policy and the decision to cut funding. And two-years later, after cutting off funding to the organization ($70 million, or 22% of UNESCO's annual budget) over the admission of Palestinians as full members, lost its voting rights in UNESCO programs. While Irina Bokova, Director General, UNESCO said at the time: “This is not some kind of punishment on behalf of UNESCO for nonpayment." Everyone knows that it is. Up to that point, the US was the single largest contributor to UNESCO continuously since 1945.
Since the time the US (following US Law) cut funding of UNESCO, the Arab Palestinians have yet to make a contribution to UNESCO.

In November 1988, the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Declared Independence. It takes some time to push a law through Congress (House and Senate) and the activities of Palestinian terrorists were fresh in Congressional minds. It was not that long ago that the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine squad took over the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro and killed the American in a wheel chair and pushed him overboard; or --- the hijacking of TWA Flight 847 in which a Navy Service Member was shot and killed by the Islamic Jihad and his body thrown onto the tarmac.

The reputation of the Palestinians is a long one. Palestinians tend to justify terrorism, suicide attacks, hijackings, targeting civilians and other assorted despicable tactics, associated with their unsubstantiated claims which they have not used dispute resolution methodologies. America doesn't have a problem of huge numbers of the population that supports terrorism. Every Palestinian represents a potential risk to humanity; trending towards terrorist morality.
