As of 2016 there are 12 states plus District of Columbia allow undocumented immigrants to obtain a DL ........ Now it's Minnesota.

It's like the mad hatter is defining insanity. I even saw three Mexicans at the DMV helping each other on the DMV written test , when the rules clearly states ONE PERSON PER BOOTH. No I don't have a relatives that work for ICE but I personally know 3 ICE officers that are stationed in San Diego and Amarillo,Texas and they owe me a lot of favors.
