If you liked Leviathan, Deep Star Six, The Abyss, Deep Blue Sea, Sphere etc...I think you'll enjoy this.

Kirsten Stewart is better than expected in a role that could have easily followed other the trajectory of other female led action movies of late.

She sold it and I as the viewer didn't have to suspend the slightest disbelief about the character she portrayed.

The male characters weren't dumb or weak or cowardly.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The director knew their stuff.

It's streaming now on Hulu.

I hear ya. This is our indulgence. No Cable or Dish or Netflix or Hbo or Disney or Paramount Plus.

Just Hulu.

Right?

It's like 13% on Rotten Tomatoes.

I don't get it.
Holy shit, its a 6.1 on IMDB. They are usually pretty spot on. I havent seen it in years, but i cant imagine that it doesnt hold up.
