THIS war was started by Putin and only Putin. He ordered his Russian troops, many of them ignorant and innocent, to invade a peaceful foreign country, Ukraine. What happened in 2014 was the people's will, to rid themselves of Putin's puppet leader.

Putin is jealous and afraid of Ukraine's interest in the successful Western democracies, and how "cool" Kiev became compared to boring Moscow.
