Are you aware that partisans have said that exact same thing after all three impeachments in this country, yet their impeachment is noted in every history book written? Trump is the third President to ever be impeach, though non of them were removed from office.

But Biden has steadfastly denied Shokin’s firing was due to the Burisma case. Instead, Biden said, he and other Western leaders believed Shokin was ineffective as a corruption fighter.

Shokin, however, has alleged in a court affidavit he was told he was fired because he refused to stand down his investigation of alleged corruption by Burisma and after he planned to call Hunter Biden as a witness to question him about millions of dollars in payments his American firm received from the Ukraine gas company.

Biden was relaying official Obama Administration policy. The fact is that US officials, the world community, and anti-corruption Ukrainians knew that Shokin was corrupt and dropped the investigation. We also have this.

Victor Shokin has tons of luxurious real estate in Ukraine and in Prague - most of it is undeclared and officially owned by his secret wife. Shokin could not afford all this luxury for his official salary. This was revealed in 2016

"I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that's really unfair." - either this is about Shokin or about Lutsenko, both were corrupt, compromised and inactive in Burisma investigation.

We know Shokin is a liar. The fact that he brings this up when Biden is running for President says it all. This is another attempt by the Russians to interfere in our elecrtions.
