The dead guy pictured in the link is not the same guy pictured in the suit above: Dead guy has a beer belly and waist size is at least 4-6 inches bigger; Dead guy has long fingernails, guy in suit is well manicured; Picture is blurred, but dead guy appears to have short hair with lots of white, guy in suit has long hair with little white although both are bald on top.
Even if it's true, we don't know who shot him: it could have been russians; it also could have been a legitimate take down if they caught him committing treason (unfortunately, civil court trials are suspended during times of war, that's just a fact of life).
