U.S., Ukraine Try to Ensure Weapons Don’t Fall to Enemy
State Department approves possible $39 million Javelin missile sale to Ukraine amid Trump impeachment probe

(It's Reported elsewhere. Where is this true below?
You can buy the missiles but can't use them on the eastern frontline)

"According to U.S. data, since 2014 the volume of U.S. military assistance to Ukraine has totaled about $1.3 billion. In March 2018, the U.S. approved the sale to Ukraine of 37 Javelin anti-tank missile launchers and 210 missiles worth $47 million. The shipment was made in April 2018 under the condition that the weapons would not be used on the front line in eastern Ukraine."
======================

Seems this may be a New 2018 restriction on the U.S. sold Javelins use in the war.
Is this true? Seems they can only use them in the western area of Ukraine?

Strange since the telephone transcript this year indicated they weren't yet ready to buy the Javelins.

Do you have any evidence trump broke any laws?

That can be to part of sale deal. Why would you want the missiles if you can't use it on the front line where the tanks can come from.
My interest is the report true about the restriction on use.

The tank will come from the yellow line. From the East and Northeast areas..

The report is about a deal made In March 2018, the U.S. approved the sale to Ukraine.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT the Great Douche Bribery call later.
My question is about, is this use restriction TRUE!?

We have no qualms about selling arms to all sides of a given conflict. It's just bidness.

So, DOPer Deflection. And you don't know if true, and so don't care. Check!

Btw.
Trump initially opposed the sale of javelin missiles to Ukraine in 2017. McMaster and Mattis assured Ukraine the sale would go forward when he was “in a good mood.” The day after tax reform passed, they brought Trump the approval document. He signed it.

Are we selling them to Russia?

We sold nuclear reactors to NK a mere 2 years before placing them on an axis of evil list, from a company Rumsfeld had once sat on the board of directors of. We sold internationally illegal cluster bombs, known to have a 90% collateral casualty rate in the field, to the slaughtering Saudis. We have partnered at various times with Saddam, Osama, al Qaida, al Nusra, ISIS, the genocidal Israelis and Saudis, and neo-Nazis in Ukraine. Do you believe we would not?

Seems our Miltary doesn't want them in Russia's hands, but they can always buy one on the black market to study it if they want. Or capture them on the front line.
Seems Ukraine can't make them.
Ukraine can say they won't use them in the east, but in war
you use what you have. I'm want to find out if this restriction was really placed in the deal anywhere any time.

You get that Javelins are defensive weapons, right? You're no genius, certainly, but you do get that I hope.

Enough to impeach over, but not enough to investigate? What a joke!

It can be used in either offense or defense as it's very moble by two people.
One can carry the launcher the other some missiles.
