The big deal is the can of worms Liz Warren has opened on murdering Health insurance CEO's. l

They werent' supposed to take one 'whacked CEO seriously!

It's not like there's something wrong with the industry! LOL, like as if?

As usual the left tards think that the cost is killing their relatives or something?

Trump already has the concept thing for the tards!

The new CEO doubles down on "guarding against unnecessary care".

They have learned nothing.

While I don't condone the violence, these insurance companies do need to be reined in. The cost of Healthcare being so high, yet they don't want to pay for anything. People being denied care they need because the insurance deems it not necessary

That needs to change. We need to get government out of insurance. Any time the government subsidized something, it becomes much more expensive. That and hospitals shouldn't be forced to give free treatment to illegals at a loss of over 200 million per year (just for one hospital network)

Time for a different healthcare system, one without insurance companies taking 15% to screw you over

Desai said Optum has nearly 90,000 employed or affiliated physicians and another 40,000 advanced practice clinicians serving tens of millions of people. Optum reported 70,000 employed or affiliated physicians across more than 2,200 facilities at the end of 2022.Nov 29, 2023

Not to mention the healthcare facilities they own.

Guess who owns Optum?

Dude, the problem here is private for profit insurance companies.
the problem is government subsidies. Insurance companies know they are going to get paid either way, so they have no incentive to provide good service to their customers. Take away the subsidies and now insurance companies have to compete against each other by offering better coverages to people.

The other problem is lobbying. Insurance companies, along with many other industries, are the ones who write our laws. When this is allowed to happen, it gives power to those industries to allow them to operate in the worst ways.

That also needs to stop.

Single payer would eliminate that.
