Whether he was driving a stolen getaway car after robbing a liquor store or completely innocent of any crime he could have survived the stop by simply keeping his mouth shut and doing as he was told

I have looked for video of the initial stop but so far havent seen it

The media has either censored all video or only shows the final minutes

Even then the audio clearly proves that Tyre was still struggling and not submitting
