Tx Gov Greg Abbott to pardon wrongly convicted Daniel Perry…Jose Garza, Soros backed DA withheld exculpatory evidence

I know what it means. What I don't know is what that evidence contains, and neither do you.
Actually I do as there have been many reports saying what was left out from the lead detective on the case. When its shown though you all deny it

This is great news! What a miscarriage of justice!

Lefties are sick in the head. Lefties, read the affidavit of the LEAD INVESTIGATOR. NOW THE DA SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH A CRIME.

SO FOS.
AFFIDAVIT doesn't mean shit.
Testifying does.

More on this whack job.

Not "some guy" the lead detective had 158 pages of PowerPoint proving SGT Perry was justified. The DA only allowed 56 pages. All those the DA don't allow proved justifiable.

That was in the affidavit which you still haven't read
BUT........NEVER testified, why is that?

Affidavit is the written version of swearing under oath to tell the truth, just as if you were testifying in a courtroom. So yeah this is pretty serious and not good for the Soros DA

NO, it isn't.
You can't go to jail for lying on an affidavit.
You will for lying under oath, in a courtroom.

Sure........just like Giuliani's "affidavits".

You were saying?

You were saying?
Doesn't matter.
Anyone can claim their affidavit was altered.

SHOW pages of evidence?
Why not communicate?
PAGES of what a report claims, isn't perjury.
Testifying is.
And being told by the DA not to present exculpatory evidence or else is procedural misconduct and witness tampering

An affidavit is sworn before a magistrate, judge or officer of the court

Keep proving you don't know shit
BS,
Rudy had 1,000's of affidavits he presented to the court.
ANY two bit lawyer IS an officer of the court, dumbass.

officer of the court
n. any person who has an obligation to promote justice and effective operation of the judicial system, including judges, the attorneys who appear in court, bailiffs, clerks and other personnel. As officers of the court lawyers have an absolute ethical duty to tell judges the truth, including avoiding dishonesty or evasion about reasons the attorney or his/her client is not appearing, the location of documents and other matters related to conduct of the courts.

And being told by the DA not to present exculpatory evidence or else is procedural misconduct and witness tampering
Did he TESTIFY to that?
NO, he basically told the press that, escaping JAIL time.

Yes, you can go to jail for lying on an affidavit. Libscum are so dumb.

Why would the lead detective be escaping jail time idiot?
Because, moron.
He never testified that he was coerced to suppress evidence, he only stated it in an affidavit.
As a detective he should have known better, should have told someone authoritative, not related to the case.
