At least for as long as it lasted. I’m afraid that there is going to be some “culture shock” to be had when the relatives of the no longer breathing Soleimani return to the “land of women in shame sacks”.

Two relatives of a notorious Iranian terrorist were busted after getting caught living on United States soil like queens on US soil for years.

Two relatives of a notorious Iranian terrorist were busted after getting caught living on United States soil like queens on US soil for years.

On Saturday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio released a statement on X, which revealed that the niece and grand-niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani have been arrested in Los Angeles.

Rubio also announced that he has revoked their green cards.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States.

Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the “Great Satan.”

This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter’s legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States

Well, other than living lavishly (not a crime) and being related to an Iranian criminal (also not a crime), plus they were outspoken supporters of Iran (protected free speech), I'd be curious to know the actual legal justification for deporting them. Was their green cards expired? Arrived at through false pretense?

If those “ celebrations” suggested or prompted others toward attacks on Americans ( I'm not clear they did), that would be cause to bounce her.

I know that Rubio has made it clear that a green card is a privilege, not an entitlement to enter the US and rile up the malcontents.

Well, I agree she is probably not someone we want in the country, I'm just trying to think ahead to when some liberal judge orders Rubio to reinstate her whether these people are learning to cover their asses to cut these judges off at the pass.

Any foreign national protesting against US foreign policy should have their status revoked and be sent back. Same with those convicted of defrauding the American taxpayer.
