No it isn't. Our conditon of withdrawn down to 8,600 troops was done by the summer of 2020. Another 6,100 were orered withdrawn before the end of the year. Those over 10,000 troops were our guarantee that the Taliban would honor their commitment.

It was done by Benedict Donald on purpose to not only **** over the Democrats, but he fucked over the entire military as well. Here's Benedict bragging about how he snookered the next US President.

Because time travel is one way.

Besides, he did live up to it. The only thing left was the evacuation of the last 2,500 troops and the truce protecting them and the Taliban fighters. He extended the truce and gave the military more time to plan and execute the evacuation.
