So the light-haired, blue-eyed culprits got off scot free, and the two dark-haired, brown-eyed culprits get to go through another trial. Got it.

Now that two were acquitted and two had a hung jury, the evidence shows that the FBI did in fact set up thee four and further lied to the courts.
Then again, the FBI was also caught lying about the Gen. Flynn case too.
Based upon the multiple times the FBI has been caught in lies furnished by this agency. Can the entire FBI be held ruling the Brady/Giglio Ruling?
Finding one’s name on a Brady/Giglio list is a big deal. A handful of those listed, have proven dishonest and untrustworthy by committing high-profile crimes for which they were prosecuted, but most were disciplined by their departments and placed on the list for simple “untruthfulness.”
Perhaps the entire Agency should be on this list.

Two were acquitted as the jury was unable to decide on two others.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A jury in the trial against four men charged with plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has returned a mixed verdict.​

​

The jury found Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta not guilty on all charges, and were unable to reach a verdict in the charges against Adam Fox and Barry Croft, resulting in a mistrial. Fox and Croft can be tried again.​

​

The verdict was read in federal court in Grand Rapids on Friday afternoon. The jury started deliberations on Monday.​

​

There were 10 charges in the case: one against Brandon Caserta, two against Adam Fox, three against Barry Croft Jr. and four against Daniel Harris. The men all faced the main charge of a kidnapping conspiracy; the other counts are related to explosives and a firearm.​
