CHICAGO (CBS) – Two brothers have been charged in connection with the fatal shooting of Chicago Police Officer Ella French and for critically wounding another officer.

Emonte Morgan, aka Monte Morgan, 21, is charged with First Degree Murder of a Peace Officer, Attempted First Degree Murder of a Peace Officer (two counts), Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon by a Felon. Emonte Morgan pleaded guilty to a robbery charge filed in 2019 and sentenced to probation.

Sorry to judge someone, but it's a natural response when you see someone with tats on their neck like that. The signal to the world, rightfully or not, is "I have little to live for and less to contribute". Who the hell would want to serve him at the grocery store or the local McDonalds?

Nah we need to bring back the guillotine. Not too expensive, easy to maintain, fast and easy.

Kill someone in a blatant cold blooded manner like these guys, or that person recently that ran up and shot someone in the head and ran off should be an automatic execution after being found guilty. No stay of execution, no waiting on death row, nothing. Just kill them and be done with it.

People like this are ones who need to be removed from society permanently. Some people can redeem themselves, ones like this can not.

Cut off their head and incinerate the body.
