Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey Defends Trump Ban

He defends his banning Trump however he is upset that Uganda has banned Twitter.

I am all for banning any platform that allows foreign powers to try to influence our elections.

Mr. Dorsey can tell it to the court, if he gets sued over this. Twitter is a public corporation and he has an obligation to maximize shareholder value.

The fact that insiders at Twitter sold shares in advance of this business crushing directive, tells me that the corporation wasn't as forthcoming with information as SEC regulations might require.

I'd order Dorsey et al arrested for insider trading fraud.
