Whos fault is this? Better yet...if this is "funny" at a cops benefit then how do you think they treat blacks when they approach? Are they approaching with the ideas that black people being killed can be something to parody?

Because if so I wouldnt care much for those people and my approach and interaction would be waaaay different than someone I figured dying wouldnt be something to laugh at
