They didn't, but then he said the same exact thing to Nanci Pelosi before she impeached Trump.
Turley is a literalist. Innocent till proven guilty.

He says whatever is proper for the moment, without speculation.
The truth is he hasn't seen all of the evidence that the House GOP has....so he cannot say whether there is enough evidence because he has not seen all of the evidence.

Personally I think making this about Hunter Biden is a mistake. There's plenty of evidence of criminal negligence to justify impeachment on the Biden open-borders policies alone.
