Actually he just is baffled at how all the concrete turned into dust, as if he knew there was a massive amount in the tubular concrete core which is seen on 9-11. In order for the concrete to be pulverized to that degree the explosives have to be perfectly placed AND distributed.

WTC 2 concrete core after all of the steel has fallen.

1) What happened?

The first order of discovery in this case is, "What did it happen to?" A very significant detail. One ignored by NIST, one covered by guiliani when took the plans and hid them while the courts protect their hiding.

The Twins had a concrete tubular core. Here is the core of WTC 2 after all of the steel has fallen. This is a primary detail, one that comes BEFORE any you ask for. Which you would use to create social fears such as were used in nazi Germany to dissuade citizens from opposing nazis. Stand for America by standing for its Constitution and lawful performance by seeing that government adheres to the Constitution.

Another detail, evidence of the concrete core from 9-11. NO steel core columns are seen to the left of the end view of the concrete core wall. To the right is an "interior box column" that was one of 24 surrounding the concrete core supporting the floors as an inner wall.
