Trump's Venezuela coup sends America down a dark path

... Are you under the impression that President Maduro runs a drug lab or that he catches Americans, ties them up and forces them to use drugs? :cuckoo: Hey, let's kidnap Trump and watch less shootings in Venezuela! :uhoh3:
I would watch your prog family members injected with drugs and become addicts then sent out to the streets to whore themselves to survive. That is coming at some point. It is so much fun knowing extended families have relatives dead from drugs. Evidently you have no concern. Relatives, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, in laws and everything else.
I am watching your family members suffering from insufficient pay, ridicule, racist marginalism, hero-worshipping, being compelled to turn to criminal behaviour in order to survive, being shot dead in your schools, in the shopping malls, in the post offices, in a drive-by, in a road rage, shot dead by their spouses for the insurance money or out of jealously. That is not “at some point” but already your reality. It is so much fun knowing American families are being murdered on a daily basis. But evidently you have no concern. Relatives, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, in laws and everyone else. Maybe kidnapping your president will put an end to all of that. :eusa_think:

Yep...arresting murderous dictators and putting them in prison is now deemed "going down a dark path" by the retards on the left.

Strange, they had a different opinion about it in 2020:

When at the same time you PARDON certain other drug dealers like Hernandez

It points out the dishonesty of what you are doing

Nothing wrong with getting rid of Maduro but leaving his regime in place isn't doing much.
They're still running the country.
Delsy Rodriguez was Maduro's VP.
Even the Venezuelans, know this.

How many drug dealers do you know of that have run their people over with their tanks and thrown their political opponents in prison?
How many drug dealers helped Biden steal the 2020 presidential election?

It's not like in the movies where the leader is removed and everyone throws down their weapons.
Regime change is a messy business sometimes.
It took Maduro quite awhile to take power.
Now they put a woman in power and she's going to fold like a cheap suit or get assassinated by her own body guards.

“Trump regime spokespeople have offered a range of explanations for the unprovoked and unnecessary violation of Venezuela’s sovereignty and international law. But Trump’s breathless enthusiasm for illegal violence, beamed to his home/entertainment hub for his personal delectation, is perhaps more telling than any post facto rationalization.

The United States appears to have attacked Venezuela primarily because Donald Trump has been granted broad dictatorial latitude by Congress, the courts, and the American people, and because he likes inflicting violence on relatively weak foes. That’s a bleak state of affairs — for Venezuela, for the United States, and for the world.”

That bleak state of affairs began when Trump took office.

And yes, Congress, the courts, and the American people have allowed the authoritarian Trump regime to violate laws both international and domestic with impunity – the comprehensive failure of the American Experiment.
Everything is bleak and dark if you're bleak and dark.

It's funny to me that some of the people who are crying about Trump and Venezuela had no problem with Obama's Arab Spring. U.S. and NATO forces violated Libya's sovereignty and international law, and Gaddafi was killed as a result. Maduro was arrested to face a trial in the U.S. The reaction is similar to the arrest of Manuel Noreiga in Panama. The UN were opposed to what happened. The people IN the country support the removal of their former leaders. That's something. White people are protesting Maduro's removal and Venezuelans are happy he's gone.

So, I'd have respect for people who are consistent. Jones and their ilk ... not so much.
There is a major difference between the UN voting in agreement to Resolution 1973, which was not introduced by the US, as well as the Arab Spring which was about people who really attacked this country, which Maduro has not done. So stip trying these weak false equivalences to defend this illegal crap.

She was already a major player in the regime. The generals in charge of security are still there.

I think what will actually happen is that they actively invite in US energy companies, stop selling oil to China and Cuba, and stay in power. This will achieve the Admin's goals. Again, we shall see.

Irrelevant to my post. The Maduro regime and military are still there. We have to see what happens.
Funny how the government in Afghanistan folded overnight the second they discovered Biden had bailed on them.
They said that Maduro needed body guards to protect himself from his own officers.

Well.....yeah......but that's different. :iagree: :auiqs.jpg:

Yes. US regime often ends poorly. Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Haiti, etc.

They said that Maduro needed body guards to protect himself from his own officers.
Not just body guards - FOREIGN body guards from Cuba. Cuba has lots os "security" troops in Venezuela, helping to maintain the regime's power. As stated, who knows, the whole regime could fall. Or not. We have to see.

A good soft-coup leaves the existing government in place so there's no vacuum left behind for bad actors to fill.
That's what Patton tried to do in Germany after WWII.
