Enough is enough.... All presidential campaigns and many other types of political campaigns do exactly the same thing. Fact is the towns eventually get paid from a government-funded expense account created for that purpose some of them get written off also. What you doing Is cherry picking. If they pay the bill immediately there are no reimbursements available. If they carry the bill and submit it as a legal campaign expense which may take some months,
It's possible to get it paid from other sources which is what any responsible campaign manager would do.
