Biden had his moments and was clearly careful when to show himself, even to his people.
The people you mentioned truthfully said they didn't see any decline.
The fact of the matter is, Biden did a good job despite the aging process taking a toll on him.
Not so much for the current jack ass in Office who's frigging up our country.
