The drive to Mexicanize California started a few decades ago in earnest. Cheap labor kept inflation low, provided local businesses with plenty of slaves, and kept them happy. The slaves had to eat, drive, have housing, and wear clothes so the local businesses and rental markets thrived. Never forget the hundreds of thousands of jobs their presence required in all branches of government. which jobs paid 80-90 and over 100K a year.

Combine that with the representation in Congress growing because it is based on population and you can understand the reason the tribal leaders got together and rallied their warriors on their behalf to protect their power and money and the lemmings have obliged with riots and pillaging as if they are in a war but they don't understand what for other than the Chieftans have demanded they fight.

Immigration is supposed to be Trump's best issue and he only has a +1 approval rating on immigration.
