The National Guard are mostly young men, many without any knowledge of what are legal or illegal orders. We have seen National Guard in the past fire on citizens, it can and will happen again if the MAGAts get their way.

Lives have been saved in the last 20 days, Cops have been freed up to put pressure on criminals because now they dont have to be everywhere.... and its not worth it to you? You would have prefered the alternative If it meant TRump did not get good press? Is that what it reallly is? I do believe so.

It's a reprieve for the cops and a moral booster for cops and citizens alike. The only people who seem to have a problem with it are liberals who dont need to worry about getting robbed or carjacked on the street.

Believe it or not, there are better plans to save more lives to which that money is put to better use.

No doubt if some national Guardsman got into a tussel with someone who shoved an old lady to the ground and took off with her purse, They would equate it to Kent State , should circumstances then lead to the perpetrator being shot. And if crime continues to lessen and murders of civilians continue to cease.... you can bet that that ONE death of someone who preys on old defensless women, woiul be enough for Liberals to call for a presidential impeachment. They really dont care abouyt the lives of people who live in the grinder.. they could give a shit because they themselves are living a good life. I Say there is a great potential for lasting positive effects. Changing expectations does matter. Stopping protests is a first critical step in dismantling democratic rights and protections.

So don't be surprised when his "storm troopers" start jailing his enemies, taking guns from those that might oppose him, and suspending constitutional rights during the emergency.

And most Americans will support him after he suspends income taxes for the middle class, deports millions of "murders and rapist", a.ka. undocumented immigrants, takes over the Panama Canal, seizes Greenland, and grants statehood to Canada, and declares "America is Great Again."
