The government overclassifies a lot of stuff. Presidents build Presidential Libraries and write memoirs. It's what presidents do,. And if EVEN YOUR DAILY SCHEDULE is classified (and it is) or the DETAILS of your travel are classified (and they are) -- TRUMP can DECLASSIFY that stuff on exit and take documents marked classified with him.

Maybe he just took a bunch of Daily Briefings that LIED TO HIM about stuff and wanted to retain those so that when he RETURNS to the WHouse -- he can kick some ass..

You are talking out of your ass. These documents were so highly classified, they couldn't even put them on the inventory of documents retrieved from Mar-a-Lago because there was no way to describe them in an unclassified manner.

There were, supposedly, over 10 million registered Republicans who didn't vote in 2020. Like the Democrats that didn't vote in 2016, which led to Hillary losing, I think those Republicans were over confident that Trump could never lose to an idiot campaigning in his basement.

Far more than at any Democrats for anything that happened in 2016 or in 2020, my anger for 2024 will be any Republicans that don't vote. There should be 100% voting by Republicans in 2022 and 2024 unless you're in the ICU in the hospital.

You'd be right - had Trump broke into the White House on January 21st and taken the documents. He gave them to himself while he was President and once given it can't be revoked.

Trump could have taken those documents and published them in a book or given them to CNN had he wished to do so. Or he could have done what Bill Clinton did and given all our nuclear designs and plans to the Chinese communists.

Not if they're classified. When a president's leaves office he can not take classified information and other government documents that become part of the goverment achieves. For example, original signed executive orders, executive agreements with other countries, bills sighed into law, offical presidential correspondence, etc.....
