Get real! We all know who the one is who is telling people subpoenaed to the Grand Jury not to go. It is the same one threatening attorneys and prospective jury members.As long as the provision goes both way it shouldn't be an issue but if the prosecutor and witnesses for the defense are free to comment on the case TRUMP has a right to respond. Same thing with stories leaked to the msms, TRUMP has the right to respond.

The bail need to be increased to 1 million dollars and it needs to be forfeited the first time trump gets out if line. No judge is going to jail him, but they can make him pay big time.

He does not have the blanket right to respond. He’s a criminal defendant out on bail! That means something.
