Trump's executive orders

It's nothing to be proud of either.
Sure it is. A salary like that will enable someone to buy their own home, travel, dine out, enjoy hobbies, etc.

Since when is earning enough money to support oneself in a nice fashion nothing to be proud about?

People have always had to work to eat.
Yep. I worked for over 40 years. Did my time. Served my sentence in the work world. Retired now. Been retired a long time. My youngest son just retired at 64 years old. He's freshly and happily divorced and finally living life. 54 is a good retirement age.

Your youngest son is 64?! You must be close to 90.

Where is the fucking emergency. I mean for the love of God, how hard is it to understand? Oil production under Biden, higher than at any point during the Trump administration. Energy independent, more so now than at any point during the Trump administration. Natural gas, world's leading exporter, not really sure how smart that is, but we certainly weren't there during the Trump administration.

Again, my in-laws own oil wells in the Premarin basin. Thier monthly checks are double what they were during the Trump administration. I mean it is sick how much money they are taking in. My oldest son works in the energy field at a level you can't even imagine. Not even thirty yet, knocking down a quarter of a million dollars a year, more than triple what he was making under Trump.

So, I ask again, what is the emergency?
Looks like they're set to make even more money with Trump as president. What is your problem?

Birthright citizenship is constitutional. Trump can't end it.

Trump has violated his office on his first day.

My youngest don, he was supposed to fly out to Colorado for work. He decided he'd had enough and informed the HR person the afternoon of his flight he was retiring and would not be on that flight. He's now living s nice life. Proud of him.

Lol. Labor costs are too high. That’s a big factor that causes inflation.
Then keep importing from China. That's what you want if you won't pay american laborers to produce the same exact product for a much much higher wages. We can't be paying people foreign wages nor anything close to that.

And that would drive up prices on America goods even more, and make people MORE likely to buy from China.

How much over minimum wage do YOU pay your lower level employees in the business YOU own?

That is one of the reasons for tariffs, so that Americans buy US goods so we don't have to pay American workers more. Trump appreciates your support.

Because it will drive up costs, and we’ve just come off horrible Biden inflation. Why make things even more expensive?
Inflation is coming down and gas will be close to $1 per gallon within a year.

initforme

And you didn’t answer me about how you pay your employees in the business you own. Are you paying than more than market value, thereby driving the COGS up that you are not competitive, and your business fails because you can’t compete, and your employees end up unemployed?

I'm good with that on top of higher wages for the same work same product made here.
How do you not understand that overpaying workers will drive up the costs of goods? Then what? Increase their pay more? And then the prices go up again? Never-ending cycle.
