Trump’s DOJ reassigns several career officials, including one who pushed for Mar-a-Lago raid: report

Yeah, because it's very difficult to fire government employees.
people say that but yet i saw quite a few people get fired for various things in my time in the PO....mostly for stealing or attendance...but incompetent management?....they just get "transferred" to another area....

You think Trump should keep these people in the same positions that where used against him ?
Ummmm, Mary doesn't "think" at all.

Yeah, but committing a crime is about the only way they can be fired. They are going to prison after all.

But simply being incompetent? Nope, sideways is where they get sent.

Keep in mind Trump openly invited the FBI to search his home, instead they launched a full scale raid (via Biden) , and found nothing.......~S~

MDR'd... ( Management-Directed Relocation ) to Anchorage, Guam, Fargo or other top-notch vacation spots?... :omg:
Whats wrong with Guam? Send me!

The Trump administration has reportedly reassigned more than a dozen career Justice Department officials, including one who played a central role in pushing for the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago.

The new assignments – given to at least 15 longtime officials – will see the federal employees remain within DOJ but in the roles where they are expected to wield less influence on the department’s major decision, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday.

Some officials were notified they were being transferred just hours after President Trump was sworn-in on Monday, according to the outlet.

Toscas has reportedly been reassigned to the DOJ’s new Office of Sanctuary Cities Enforcement.

The transferred employees may opt to resign from DOJ altogether rather than take the new roles.

Would have been better to send him as the embassy DOJ liaison in some shithole civil war African country. Should at least have been transferred to Alaska.

And when Toscas balks at persecuting the mayors and higher ups of Sanctuary Cities that will give the grounds for his firing. Brilliant!

Reminds me of:

Winning.

Retaliation to settle personal scores. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
He isn't trying to put them in jail like they tried to do to him. He is doing the right thing. Careful for what you wish for, the government you want could lock you up if you disagree with it.

Punishing people for doing their jobs well isn’t the right thing to do.

Trump deserved to have his house raided and it’s all because of his own choices. He can’t blame anyone but himself.

No they did it out of spite. Biden had illegal classified documents improperly stored. In a house Hunter lived in while he was accepting money from China. Also had in his office at Penn state, that China had access to. But nothing to see there. Trump was president and could have classified documents and had them stored properly.

Did they do anything wrong?
Well, not to demafacsit, but to people that love and support are Constitutional Republic, they did. Political prosecutions are not something that is welcomed in a free society, those engaged it in, shouldn't be in govt.

hence why these folks have an option, change their ways and do their assignment, or resign.

Those are lead the demafasicst regime, well....we see they are admitting their guilt and accepting blanket pardons from Xiden

Good

If he makes one wrong step he can be fired for cause

And if he does do trump’s bidding he will be miserable for the rest of his time on the job

Also he can be investigated by the DOJ for possible misconduct before trump took office

The documents and the J6 thingy are over. Rational Americans don’t believe either.
