Trumps Challenge? When our Framers said “people” are we sure they meant alien enemies present without consent?

The people they addressed are people of the USA that they represent and not foreign parties arriving here by breaking law.

So a non-citizen does not have a right to a trial, right to be represented in court, right to remain silent, can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment? Justice in Conservative America
Ever heard of diplomatic immunity?
Non-citizens do not have the same rights as citizens.

When they titled the Preamble with We The PEOPLE Of The United States of America did they really mean We The People And Alien Enemies Of The United States Of America.
The 2A reads:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Did they really mean…..A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the PEOPLE And Alien Enemies to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Shouldn’t common sense tell us the that “PEOPLE” is synonymous with CITIZENS as used by the Framers in the context of the Constitution?

If PEOPLE and alien enemies are synonymous why can’t alien enemies buy guns and vote?
Dumb shit there was no such thing as illegal aliens then.

That is not accurate. There will be decided in front of the Supreme Court this year.

Framers had no reference point availing to them regarding people from other countries being here and arriving by criminal means.
The Framers created a new nation sparsely populated and in which many laws necessary now were not needed then. But it is obvious they did not want undesirables--those unwilling to embrace the values/ideal on which the country was founded--and certainly not criminal types to immigrate here.

Weather53, that you don't like aliens having the same rights as you is meaningless.

It does not matter. Until SCOTUS rules differently this year, and I don't think Roberts and Barrett will, everyone subject to US jurisdiction has the same rights.

You super libs continue to side step the question… If that were true, why can’t alien enemies vote in our elections and buy guns?

Who side stepped? It does not matter what you think. It matters what the Justices rule.

Look up fallacy of false equivalency.
